Fine Tuning The Results

As field generators, the effect of the Qx units is generally greater the closer they are placed to the system or equipment. However, a systematic approach can deliver unexpected dividends when using more than one unit. See the suggested layouts for guidance, but as usual, experimentation is the key.
Although the field generated by the Quantum units is extensive, it’s most powerful closest to the generator. That’s why we recommend passing the AC power for your system (a particularly potent source of field interference) through the Quantum device.
Once you have treated the main system, you can use QRT units with your loudspeakers. When used in this way, the Quantum units should be placed as closely as possible to the most powerful magnetic structures. In most (but not all) cases, that means the motor of the bass driver. Simply connect the Quantum units to the AC power and then experiment with placement.
